Movement doesn’t always have to be structured or sweaty.

A colour walk is one of my favourite ways to move mindfully - and something I often recommend to clients who find it hard to fit movement in around kids, work, or low energy days.

Here’s why it works:
🌿 Gentle walking still boosts circulation and lifts your mood.
🎨 Focusing on one colour pulls you out of your head and into the moment.
🧘‍♀️ Slowing down helps calm your nervous system.
