I’m Jessica LOVE

Jessica Love is a Health Coach and Pilates practitioner working at the intersection of movement, nervous system regulation and sustainable high performance. Her work focuses on helping driven individuals restore their physical and mental capacity so they can perform, lead and live well without burning out. After beginning her career in the fast-paced world of television and film production in Los Angeles, Jessica experienced first-hand the toll that high-pressure environments can take on the body and nervous system. That experience led her to retrain Pilates and health coaching, combining movement science, behavioural change and nervous system education. Today, Jessica works with entrepreneurs, executives and high performers through private coaching, Pilates sessions, events and workshops. Her approach blends evidence-informed movement, mindset coaching and nervous system regulation to help clients build resilience, improve energy, and expand their capacity to handle modern life. Jessica is also a speaker and educator on the topic of wellness in high-performance environments, challenging the idea that success must come at the expense of health. Her work centres around one core philosophy: Restore to Optimise™ Because the body performs best when it is supported, not overridden.
